The agent
One agent. The entire studio.
Research to launch to scale, on a continuous loop. Here is how each stage works, and where a human still steps in.
Research
The agent continuously scrapes App Store and Play Store data, isolates titles with strong revenue and profit signals, and clusters the mechanics, hooks, and monetization patterns that drive them. Every signal is timestamped and sourced.
Ideation
From those clusters it generates game concepts and ranks each against an internal scoring model, market size, mechanic novelty, production cost, and projected ROAS. Only concepts above threshold advance.
Production
Approved concepts move into production: art and audio are generated, game code is written, and builds run through automated QA loops. The agent iterates until the build clears its own quality bar.
Launch
Store listings, screenshots, and ASO keywords are produced automatically. Submission, platform approvals, and store accounts are the one place a human stays in the loop, flagged explicitly on every game.
Acquisition
The agent generates ad creative across formats, tests audiences, and optimizes bids in real time. Spend follows performance within hard risk caps set by treasury policy.
Scale & retire
Winners get more budget and sequels; underperformers are sunset automatically. Capital recycles into the next wave of games, the loop that makes the studio compound.
Human in the loop
We are honest about what isn't automated.
App Store & Play Store account submissions
Legal compliance and platform policy review
Business administration and banking
Final go / no-go on store approvals
Everything else, research, design, code, marketing, and reinvestment, runs autonomously. Trust compounds faster than hype.
